Delivery details are agreed individually each time before the sale of the machines.

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF POLAND IS AS FOLLOWS:

WE SET NEW QUALITY STANDARDS

For SAFETY - generators weighing up to 30 kg - delivery in a carton box - COURIER
For SAFETY - generators over 30 kg - deliveries on half-pallets or pallets
For SAFETY - generators over 30 kg - deliveries by liftgate trucks
For SAFETY - all deliveries are insured
For SAFETY - we have our own warehouse from which we dispatch shipments. We are not just an online store. We have specialized in power generators for 25 years, which is why you can trust us.

PLEASE NOTE

The courier is required to deliver the shipment and place it at ground level. The courier is not obliged to carry, move, or bring the generator to a location of your choice. Please keep this in mind.
When ordering a generator over 30 kg, remember that the generator will arrive by a liftgate truck. The delivery address should allow access for a truck. If access is not provided and the generator is returned, we will charge you for the delivery costs.
If you do not accept the shipment for any other reason, we will charge you for the delivery costs.
Dear Customer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the generator purchase agreement (goods) and you may return it without giving a reason. If for any reason you decide to exercise this right, please remember that all product returns in our store are at the Customer’s expense.

DELIVERIES OF STATIONARY GENERATORS

Handled individually, each time after discussing delivery details with the investor/client.
Carried out by heavy transport - a rigid truck (“solo”) or an articulated TIR truck with a trailer.
Unloading and loading of the machine - to be agreed. By default, unloading of the generator is the responsibility of the Ordering Party, while loading is on our side.
Each time, the unloading method must be specified: from the “side” or from the “top”, i.e. whether delivery should be made by a “curtain-sided” truck or a “sliding-roof” truck.
