We are an authorized service partner of HIMOINSA
We provide warranty repairs and servicing, as well as post-warranty service for HIMOINSA generator sets

We also carry out post-warranty repairs and servicing for other manufacturers

We service and repair generator sets throughout the country. We have experienced electromechanics who know exactly what they are doing and have the knowledge, hands-on practice, and skills required—along with all the necessary electrical certifications to work on generator sets. We use modern diagnostic equipment, solid professional tools, and specialized accessories. We use only original filters and parts. Thanks to our well-equipped service department, our service work is fast, effective, and carried out neatly and cleanly. All post-service materials such as oils, used filters, and used wipes are disposed of in accordance with BDO regulations. At the end of the service, as confirmation of the work performed, you will receive a service report. We invite you to review our price list. Servicing for machines operating as a continuous power supply is agreed and priced individually according to the needs and requirements of the specific machine and its operating specification. The prices shown below apply to machines operating as emergency backup power.

Because we respect your time and money, we do not service low-quality machines of unknown origin.

- Travel to the service location is agreed individually
- The price includes the service and the materials required to perform it (oil filters, fuel filters, air filters, engine oil)
 

Materials used and scope of work during the inspection

Engine oil, engine oil change, disposal of engine oil in accordance with BDO regulations
Oil filter(s), replacement of oil filter(s), disposal of used oil filter(s) in accordance with BDO regulations
Fuel filter(s), replacement of fuel filter(s), disposal of used fuel filter(s) in accordance with BDO regulations
Air filter(s), replacement of air filter(s), disposal of used air filter(s) in accordance with BDO regulations
If required – coolant replacement, disposal of coolant in accordance with BDO – see Additional Activities
Measurement of coolant freezing point
Checking engine and alternator vibration isolators
Checking electrical connections
Inspection of the control system and generator controller, checking monitoring and measuring indicators
Inspection of bolted and mechanical engine connections
Inspection of the alternator housing and verification of alternator fan condition
Inspection of the engine block heater system
Inspection of the battery charger and generator auxiliary circuits
Inspection and testing of starting batteries for the generator set
Inspection of the charging system and generator alternator
Inspection and checking of alternator belt tension
Inspection of the starting system
Inspection of the ventilation, cooling, and exhaust gas discharge system in the generator set
Measurement and verification of the generator’s electrical parameters – voltage and frequency
If required – measurement of alternator insulation resistance
Load test after service: 30 minutes – load provided by the Customer
