Our business partner, HIMOINSA, which continues to develop a whole range of new lighting masts, has just launched the HCOMPACT+, a new mobile lighting tower distinguished by a solid and durable cover (canopy) made of heavy-duty polyethylene, very powerful lighting made in LED technology, maximum efficiency, and economy. An ideal product for the construction and mining industries, event organizing companies, concerts, and wherever you need to illuminate and brighten an area. HIMOINSA HCOMPACT+ is efficient, cheap to operate, easy to transport, and most importantly, has factory road homologation!! This means that after registering the tower at the transport department, you can legally move with the tower on public roads. It means the set was designed so that moving on the road is safe and trouble-free.

The new design of the lighting tower features an innovative cooling system which, apart from many other benefits, guarantees sound emissions of just 53 dB(A) at a distance of 7 meters from the working lighting mast. "We worked hard to develop a design that effectively isolates the engine compartment area from the rest of the unit, creating an independent space, away from airflows, thereby reducing the intake of dust, water, and other substances, and ensuring that the engine, filters, and all other components can have a longer service life," explains Miguel Angel Ruiz, Global Engineering and Development Manager at HIMOINSA. When it comes to the mobility and transport of the HCOMPACT+ tower, it is genuinely simple and safe
To ensure maximum safety during transport and operation, the HCOMPACT+ is equipped with an Automatic Mast Operating Safety System (AMOSS), which prevents the transport of the device if the mast is not lowered, thus putting safety above all else.
The chassis of the new model is hot-dip galvanized, which effectively protects the device against rust and corrosion.
A very interesting solution are the forklift pockets on all four sides, making loading with a forklift simple and safe, and additionally providing protection against transport damage.
The durable polyethylene canopy not only guarantees a high level of durability, but in itself is a solid and robust component that maximizes the residual value of the device. And what if it gets damaged? Well, it is cheap and easy to replace. A perfect combination.
Key Technical Features of the HCOMPACT+:
- High Lighting Coverage: The tower is capable of illuminating 6,400 m² with an average light intensity of 20 lux. The HCOMPACT+ is equipped with 4 LED lamps of 350 W each (50X50 SMD chip technology). That's a lot of light!!
- Telescopic Mast: The hydraulically lifted telescopic mast reaches a height of 8.3 meters and can rotate 360°, guaranteeing optimal and powerful light coverage. It is clear that this is very high and illuminates the area very well.
- Efficient Transport: Regarding transport capabilities, up to 12 units can be transported on a standard 13-meter trailer.
- Easy Maintenance: The compact design includes large openings for easy maintenance and service, and wide hinged doors and removable grilles facilitate the cleaning of the cooling and ventilation system.

HCOMPACT+ is equipped with a two-cylinder Yanmar 2TNV70 engine with optimized fuel consumption of less than 0.55 l/h, making it one of the most competitive products on the market in terms of fuel consumption. The tower features a high-capacity tank, a runtime of 180 hours, and long service intervals of 600 hours. This represents a competitive advantage of the engine designed by Yanmar, the parent company of HIMOINSA "A Yanmar Company", whose product development is guided by a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technical experts who work to make the company's products as efficient and competitive as possible. |

The CET8 controller designed and manufactured by HIMOINSA offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface, ensuring simple and reliable use of the machine. It includes an automatic operation mode (Start/Stop), engine run/stop, mast raising/lowering, and lights on/off. The control system has been optimized; the CET8 controller is equipped with a joystick for raising and lowering the mast.
HCOMPACT+ is equipped with a CAN BUS, which means that the operator can connect to the C4Cloud fleet management module for remote control of the devices. Users can remotely manage the equipment from a smartphone, tablet, or computer to check key indicators such as fuel level, operating hours, and even manage machine operation.
