CC2-1000A - has its own CEC7 controller, which is responsible for the correct operation of the SZR-ATS system.

Our systems can work both with HIMOINSA generators and generators from other manufacturers.
All our SZR - ATS systems are 4-pole systems.

Communication between the SZR-ATS system and the SZR - GENERATOR can be carried out in two ways. In the case of HIMOINSA generators, communication is performed via the CAN bus.
When the system is to work with a generator from another manufacturer, the SZR-ATS system provides a start signal to an external unit, which should be prepared for automatic operation.
The connection of the control system communication between the GENERATOR - SZR - is standardly made using 4 conductors. Two power conductors and two for CAN or REMOTE START.
The power connection for loads - is easily accessible, solid and well-designed so that there are no problems with connecting different cables and wires with different conductor cross-sections.
A very simple, logical and intuitive installation saves time and allows our systems to operate even up to 1 kilometre away from the generator.

In this model of the SZT-ATS - CC2 1000A system, the main executive component is a SOCOMEC motorised transfer switch.
This is a very safe solution which, by default, operates in automatic mode and automatically switches between the mains - generator / generator - mains positions.
Switching is always performed through the 0 position - thanks to this solution, there is no possibility of simultaneous contact between voltages from the MAINS and the GENERATOR.

By default, the switch is engaged in position - 1 - MAINS
After a mains voltage failure or after detecting any irregularity in the mains, the generator starts.
The switch receives voltage from the generator and switches to position - 0 - NO MAINS - NO GENERATOR
It remains in this position and, after a set time which can be configured, switching takes place.
The switch moves to position - 2 - GENERATOR
Voltage is supplied to the facility and the load is powered by the generator.
The generator will power the facility until the mains returns, or until the correct mains values and parameters return.
After the correct mains voltage and parameters return, the switch again moves to position -0- NO MAINS - NO GENERATOR
It remains in this position and, after a set time which can be configured, switching takes place.
The switch moves to position - 1 - MAINS

In addition to setting all reaction times after voltage loss or return, this solution allows us to set a very important parameter that many generator manufacturers or installers forget about or are not aware of. Namely, setting the time and switching through position -0-, and keeping the switch in this position for a defined time.
Firstly - this eliminates the problem of electric arc formation.
Secondly - in many applications it helps solve the problem of inverters and electronics in some electrical devices freezing or hanging.

There are also a number of other issues that make motorised transfer switch SZR systems much safer than contactor-based systems, and one of these features is the possibility of manually switching the transfer switch in the event of a failure of one of the electronic systems.

The SZR- ATS system can operate in Manual or Automatic mode (MAN - AUTO)
In manual mode, the operator has full control.
We can manually switch the generator on and off, and switch from the mains position to the generator position. Everything is controlled through the simple and clear display of the CEC7 controller.

In automatic mode, everything is supervised by the HIMOINSA CEC7 controller - the controller of the SZR-ATS system.

The SZR-ATS system will operate automatically - start the generator and switch to generator power when one of the following irregularities occurs:
- Mains voltage failure
- Failure of one of the mains phases
- Mains voltage too low
- Mains voltage too high
- Mains frequency too low
- Mains frequency too high
- Incorrect mains phase sequence
- Change in phase rotation direction
