What is EHR? | An Industrial Mobile Electrical Energy Storage system for many applications.

It is an energy storage and distribution system that can operate independently, providing zero noise and emissions, and it can also be integrated with power generation systems using diesel or gas generators and connected to the grid or photovoltaic modules.

The main purpose of EHR is to ensure higher energy efficiency, optimize exhaust emissions and reduce noise.

What is HICORE?

HICORE is a management system developed by HIMOINSA that enables operators to choose the most advantageous power source for a given load at any time. This system can be integrated with diesel and gas generators and also connected to public power grids and renewable energy sources.

The main goal of HICORE is to optimize the use of different power sources through an interface designed for intuitive and simple operation. Thanks to this, any operator can easily select the most suitable operating mode at a given moment. In addition, to ensure immediate readiness for operation, we offer a Plug&Play mode that allows EHR to automatically decide the best way to operate based on continuous analysis of the load profile and available power sources.

Efficiency and Optimal Operation | EHR and Generator

EHR can operate as the main power source, completely eliminating emissions and noise, or it can work together with a diesel or gas generator set, enabling intelligent load management. In such combined operating scenarios, fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions are drastically reduced. In addition, such a combination solves the problem of too low or too high load on a generator set. 

- With too low a load during continuous operation, the engine may be damaged. Thanks to cooperation between EHR and the generator, we eliminate this problem. How does it work? At low load, the powered device, facility — whatever it is — is supplied only from the EHR storage. When the storage starts to discharge, the generator starts and, at full power, recharges our energy storage. This way, the generator always works under the correct load and only when it must — not 24 hours a day. We often face such situations when powering construction sites: offices, guard huts, sanitary and residential containers.

EFFICIENT TRANSPORT
The design includes a lifting eye, a frame with forklift pockets, anti-theft protections and special contact points that prevent scratching the enclosure. Thanks to the compact design, transport of up to 13 units on a truck is possible, 6 in a 20-foot container and 14 in a 40-foot container.
